The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our early check-in a breeze. We were able to do our laundry thanks to the washing machine, and having an iron and hairdryer provided was a bonus. The daily cleaning service kept everything tidy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. a positive stay that we would happily repeat as trekkers and group of friends.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect for me as it was close to everything I wanted to see. There was a supermarket just downstairs which made shopping convenient. I particularly loved the room amenities such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed the sitting area and dining table. Lastly, the staff on the reception desk were very helpful and made my stay even better.

We loved the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had all the facilities that we needed. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The location was fantastic, as it was close to Marble Arch and many attractions. We were able to easily access shopping stores and transportation options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location near Oxford Street and Marble Arch underground station. Well-equipped studio apartment with comfortable mattress and sofa bed. Tesco supermarket downstairs. Good value and fine address in London.

The location of the hotel is ideal, with the Grazing Goat pub just a short walk away. It is also conveniently close to many attractions, and within walking distance of the underground. The room had full cooking facilities, a washing machine/dryer, and a balcony. The staff, particularly Dimitri at reception, were helpful and knowledgeable about the city.

Some guests experienced issues with the hot water not lasting for everyone, an alarm going off outside the window during the night, and a fan in the bathroom making noise.

The convenient location near Oxford street allowed us to easily access the shopping district and find halal food options on Edgeware road. the large studio room was spacious enough for us and it was a bonus that breakfast was delivered to our room. the excellent service from the receptionist who helped us book a cab even when the office was closed was much appreciated.

The overall condition of the studio was disappointing. the old and worn-out furniture gave the room a dated feel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the one bedroom flat at Presidential Serviced Apartments Marylebone. The location was excellent, near Marylebone and within easy reach of coffee shops and a Tesco Express. The kitchen was well equipped and the check-in process was smooth. The breakfast provided was delicious and the interior design of the room was lovely. Despite a minor issue with cleanliness upon arrival, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for its great location, spacious rooms, and good breakfast.
